Infuse Your Fine Teas in Fine Teapots: Glass, Ceramic, Japanese, Cast Iron & More…

Tea is one of the most popular drinks that can be found in fast food places, restaurants and even in homes all over the world. From sweet tea to hot tea, the options are virtually limitless. It is said that tea was first discovered in 2737 B.C. when Shen Nung, 2nd emperor of China had some tea leaves land in his cup of hot water from the wind blowing them around.

Since then tea has evolved into people making various teas in their home in such ways as using pre-made tea bags, infusers where you add in dried tea leaves and in powdered mixes for iced tea either flavored or plain.

From green teas to breakfast teas, the flavors are plentiful. Most people are not aware of all of the benefits that they can get from a simple cup of tea. Tea contains some powerful tools such as catechins, antioxidents and flavanoids. Catenchins help to sterilize ones body which means that tea can help you to fight off bacteria and germs.

Doctors have found that people can ward off bouts of food poisoning because the tea helps to fight against diseases of the stomach. The flavanoids help to limit the amount of cholesterol that builds up in your body which makes your blood vessels work more efficiently.

People are always looking for ways to rid their bodies of toxins and tea is the perfect solution with its antioxidant compounds that help your body to fight off free radicals. Some researchers feel that harmful free radicals are the cause of such medical conditions such as heart disease or even cancer.

Tea is also great to help with digestion and it works well to settle an upset stomach. Peppermint tea, ginger tea and green tea can be very soothing to your stomach and these flavors are good to have around especially if you have children as a stomach virus is a common thing with children that are of school age.

People that are tea drinkers take pride in how they make their tea. They love the little ceramic tea pots and the infusers that can be used to create their own personal favorite tea, unlike no other.

Some people prefer the taste of their tea when it is made in an iron teapot where others like a glass teapot. Your choices in teapots are also vast so when it comes to choosing your weapon for making the best cup of tea, try a few pots out to see which you like best.

A breakfast tea can help you start your day and give you that extra kick of energy just as chamomile tea can help you end your day, helping you relax and drift off to slumber in no time at all. Nothing beats the sound of your teapot whistling to let you know that you are just minutes away from your own cup of heaven.
